have you tried to adjust the points.You might find out by getting a book that covers that type of motor cycle for what year you have.

hi i think i might no what the prob is check the compression for the kick start when u turn the key on it should make a noise if not u might be out oil and u are fucked. bye hope i have helped email back

depending on the year of the bike if new plug does not help the try adjusting the the air on the carb. if the bike is getting to much gas this would make it hard to start and when you role start it it burns the has off next tome you role start the bike notice if ti back fires once it starts.
